Slavery 2.0

So… How is Lybia doing?

One would presume that the country has turned into a vibrant, diverse and tolerant democracy.

Especially after our brave, selfless and humanitarian interventions, no?

The Guardian: Migrants from west Africa being ‘sold in Libyan slave markets’.

West African migrants are being bought and sold openly in modern-day slave markets in Libya, survivors have told a UN agency helping them return home. Trafficked people passing through Libya have previously reported violence, extortion and slave labour. But the new testimony from the International Organization for Migration suggests that the trade in human beings has become so normalised that people are being traded in public.

People being traded in public?

How the fuck is this possible?

Well… I am spitballing here, but my guess would be that this has nothing to do with Islam.

The Religion Of Peace: Islam And Slavery.

Stop Slavery

Silicon Valley (which embraces diversity, tolerance and religious freedom) should develop apps.

For one, we need an app where we can buy and sell slaves, like eBay, or SlaveBay.

Secondly we’d want an app which helps us “ping” and find our slaves when we lose them.

(If they stray too far, we’d need to be able to stun the slave, so they pass out and can be picked up later).

And of course we’d need an app whereby we can control our slaves.

Initially these will be simple, basic commands, such as: pick up trash, walk the dog, do the groceries, have sex with me, etc.

But with machine learning and neural networks, we should have cast-ready slaves coming on the market real soon.

These cast-ready slaves would allow for more complex tasks, such as sing an opera or play Vivaldi on the piano.

Over time, slaves will come in all kinds of models: a vegetarian slave, a social justice warrior slave, an intolerant mouthy slave, a sporty slave, a couch-potato slave.

Whatever make and model you want.

It’s a buyer’s market, remember?

For the more conscientious consumer you can have a pick-up slave.

(Some people simply don’t have the room to keep a slave permanently).

These are slaves that are chained to poles, outside, near large shopping areas.

As you go shopping, you swipe your phone past the lock, pick up a slave to help carry your groceries/purchases.

Oh, lest I forget.
